This week I took a Steampunk inspired photo set for a contest organized for Geekopolis convention in Paris next month.
J'ai réalisé cette semaine une petite série de photo d'inspiration Steampunk pour un concours photo organisé à l'occasion de la convention Geekopolis à Paris le mois prochain.
It was about making pictures but also to write a story for the character on the photography.
Doc (Yves Szywala) and I worked on it and we are proud of the result !
Il s'agissait de réaliser des photos, mais aussi d'écrire une histoire pour les personnages photographiés.
Doc (Yves Szywala) et moi même nous sommes mis au travail et je peux vous dire qu'on est assez fier du résultat !

Doctor Agenen Ys is a scientist and mysticist born in a parallel world close to our dimension.
He was the first person in his dimension to come across the secrets of the transdimensionnal and implicitly time travel.
Le Docteur Agenen Ys est un savant et un mystique natif d'un monde parallèle relativement proche de notre dimension.
C'est lui qui fut le premier en sa dimension à percer le secret du voyage transdimensionnel et implicitement du voyage temporel.
With his wife Magda’s help, he built a cruise ship to explores the multiverse. Ys named this spatio-temporal yacht the Magda, in his beloved’s honor.
Travelling was a series of pleasant adventures, interesting and generally pacific encounters.
Avec l'aide de son épouse Magda il bâtit un vaisseau de croisière afin d'explorer le multivers. Ys baptisa ce yacht spatio temporel le Magda en l'honneur de son aimée.
Le voyage fut alors une suite d'aventures agréables et de rencontres souvent passionnantes et généralement très pacifiques.
Ys did not doubt that his continual travellings at the heart of the frame would awaken the covetousness of the civilisation of the Plagues.
The Plagues headed a multidimensional empire thanks to a technology close to the Doctor’s, but way more rudimentary.
Their lust was grand, and they made a priority out of the capture of the Magda.
Capture of the ship and the Ys couple was a succession of horror for the sweet Doctor because his wife lost her life.
He almost died too, but was able to steal a Plague ship to escape.
Ys changed, he was full of a dark rage.
Without giving too much explanations, he took refuge at one of his friend’s home, whom he met during his travels.
This friend had almost unlimited resources and allowed the Doctor to use them.
Ys ne se doutait pas que ses déplacements incessants au cœur même de la trame du multivers avaient éveillé la convoitise de la civilisation des Fléaux.
Les Fléaux dirigeaient un empire multidimensionnel grâce à une technologie apparentée à celle du Docteur mais bien plus rudimentaire.
Leur convoitise fut grande et la capture du Magda devint une priorité pour ces conquérants implacables.
La capture du vaisseau et du couple Ys fut une succession d'horreurs pour le doux Docteur car son épouse, sa tendre Magda y perdit la vie.
Lui même failli périr mais parvint à s'emparer d'un poussif vaisseau Fléau pour s'enfuir.
Ys avait changé, une rage noire l'habitait.
Sans donner beaucoup d'explications, il se refugia alors chez un ami rencontré lors de ses pérégrinations.
Cet ami possédait des ressources quasi illimités et les mis au service du Docteur.
When the building of the Magda II was achieved, Ys left for the frame, alone, and started to collect a small quantity of material in each dimension he visited.
When the quantity of material, and also the weight of the Magda II was the order of a solar system, Ys scuttled it at the heart of the capita of the Plagues, creating a giant temporal paradox.
The gigantic range of the paradox resulted as the destruction of every reality where the Plagues were present.
10 billions of individuals disappeard by the hand of Doctor Ys, and he became a legendary character in the multiverse, known as the man who destroyed a major uchronic civilisation as a revenge to the death of his beloved.
Since then, Ys travels alone with the Magda III, a battleship with abnormal dimensions and entirely managed by an army of machines.
Lorsque le Magda II fut achevé, Ys partit seul dans la trame et entreprit de collecter une petite quantité de matière dans chaque dimension qu'il traversait.
Lorsque la quantité de matière et donc la masse du Magda II fut de l'ordre de celle d'un système solaire, Ys le saborda alors au cœur même de la capitale des Fléaux en créant un paradoxe temporel géant.
L'ampleur gigantesque du paradoxe eut pour effet l'ablation totale de toute réalité accueillant les Fléaux. Ainsi disparurent 10 Milliards d'individus et ce par la main du Docteur Ys qui devint ainsi une figure légendaire du Multivers, l'homme qui détruisit une civilisation uchronique majeure pour venger son amour perdu.
Depuis lors, Ys voyage seul à bord du Magda III, un cuirassé aux dimensions aberrantes et totalement géré par une armée d'automates.
